Manna of Life Ministries, Band of Brothers, BronxCare Medical Van, and the 42nd Precinct – Community Affairs Officers Soto and Jefferson held a special joint event today for the Morrisania men.

In addition to our regular Manna of Life soup and sandwich distribution, we extended support to the community by providing hundreds of pantry bags. This initiative aimed to nourish the body and soul of those in need.

BronxCare Health System (the largest voluntary, not-for-profit healthcare system serving the South and Central Bronx) provided a medical van for various screenings.

Community Affairs Officers Soto and Jefferson from the 42nd Precinct conducted a class on crime prevention, further enhancing our safety awareness.

Al Miranda and the Band of Brothers ministry provided invaluable assistance. Their organization and level of service are at an exceptional level.

Special thanks go out to our dedicated Manna volunteers, who diligently work to share the love and compassion of the Lord.

Today’s activities addressed immediate food needs and offered essential health services and crime prevention education. The collaborative efforts of various organizations and individuals exemplify a collective commitment to uplifting the Bronx community.
